Casual scorekeeping utility
HoleScore helps users record casual golf scores. It is not an official scoring authority, handicap service, tournament system, rules authority, course database, betting service, or golf-instruction provider.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing every entry, confirming the final scorecard, and following the requirements of any course, league, event, handicap authority, or tournament. HoleScore does not certify score accuracy or tournament acceptance.
No official handicap service
HoleScore does not calculate, submit, or post an official handicap. Any optional handicap index field is reference text only and has no effect on scoring.
Local data limitations
Rounds are stored locally in the browser. Data may be lost because of browser settings, private-browsing restrictions, storage limits, cleared site data, device failure, or device changes. No cloud backup or cross-device synchronization is included.
Sharing and exports
You control all sharing, copying, printing, and exports. Review the content before distributing it. JSON and CSV files may contain personal names, course details, notes, and scores.
Availability and changes
The site and future features may change, pause, or become unavailable. HoleScore does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perpetual offline access, or compatibility with every browser or device.
Intellectual property
The HoleScore name, visual identity, interface, copy, and original software are protected. These terms do not grant permission to resell, impersonate, or reproduce the service as another product.
External services
Optional browser features such as device sharing and printing are controlled by your browser and operating system. Any future external links or newsletter provider would be used at the visitor’s discretion and must be disclosed before activation.
No gambling
HoleScore does not operate wagering, betting, payouts, or gambling services.
Operator disclosure
The final operating legal entity has not been published in this launch package. This page must be updated with verified operator and contact information before commercial agreements, paid services, or data-collection services are enabled.
